You must not share your login credentials with any third party. spinplus will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify spinplus immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account.
spinplus is required to conduct identity verification in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed or at any other time deemed necessary by spinplus.
spinplus accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands), BDO (Banco de Oro), and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at spinplus's discretion. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
The minimum deposit amount on spinplus is ₱100. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by spinplus, although your payment provider may apply its own transaction limits. Deposits are generally credited to your spinplus account within minutes of confirmation by the payment provider.
Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification as described in Section 3.4. spinplus processes withdrawal requests promptly; however, processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the volume of requests being handled at any given time. spinplus reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending completion of any ongoing verification or investigation.
As a general rule, withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit. spinplus reserves the right to require additional verification before processing withdrawals to a different payment method.
spinplus does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction fees, for which spinplus accepts no responsibility.
All account balances, deposits, withdrawals, bets, and winnings on spinplus are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). spinplus does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs incurred by the player are the player's sole responsibility.
spinplus may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives to new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and validity periods.
Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. spinplus reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk bets to satisfy wagering requirements, or colluding with other players to exploit promotional offers.
spinplus reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to a player's account prior to the modification, except where spinplus has reasonable grounds to suspect abuse.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, spinplus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the spinplus platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
Where spinplus is found liable to a player for any reason, spinplus's total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you participate in all games and betting activities on spinplus entirely at your own risk. spinplus is not responsible for any financial losses incurred through your use of the platform.

Upon termination of an account for breach of these Terms, spinplus reserves the right to forfeit any balance held in the account, including both real-money funds and bonus funds. Where an account is closed for reasons other than breach, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.
Players may request the closure of their spinplus account at any time by contacting customer support. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any verified real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to the player subject to completion of KYC verification.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, players may escalate their complaint to PAGCOR, the regulatory authority overseeing spinplus's operations in the Philippines. spinplus will cooperate fully with any regulatory investigation or mediation process.
For any disputes that proceed to formal legal proceedings, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

When material changes are made, spinplus will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account or via a prominent notice on the platform. The updated Terms will take effect from the date of publication unless otherwise stated.
